This information is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter “Regulation” or “GDPR”) and the privacy regulations currently in force.
We therefore inform you that the data held by the company MTrainingLab A.S.D., as Data Controller (hereinafter “Controller”), will be processed in compliance with the principles set out in art. 5 of the Regulation and guaranteeing the lawfulness of the processing as reported in art. 6 of the same Regulation

Purpose and legal basis of the processing The processing of your personal data, in addition to the purposes provided for by laws, regulations or community rules, is aimed at:
Communication activities: The explicit and voluntary provision of electronic mail as well as any other personal data provided by the user in the communication, via form or mail sent to the addresses indicated on this site, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, useful and necessary for the formulation of a response or the provision of services.
Management of navigation data: The computer and telematic systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of telematic communication protocols or is useful for the best management and optimization of the site (IP addresses, URL addresses, domain name, time of requests, file size, parameters relating to the user’s operating system). This acquisition, which occurs exclusively for statistical purposes or to monitor the correct functioning of the site, has no commercial purposes, nor is it in any way aimed at identifying the user and is carried out through server-side technologies, managed and administered by the data controller.
In case A, the legal basis of the processing is the need to execute a contract between the parties, or the related pre-contractual measures, and such processing is essential to follow up on the requests of the interested party, or in any case in relation to a traffic activity on our site. In case B, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
Categories of personal data processed The data processed are personal, identifying and contact data, in any case necessary to receive feedback on the requests submitted or to be able to navigate on our site.
Scope of communication of Personal Data The personal data acquired may be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller.
Data processing methods The processing of Personal Data will be carried out using manual, computerized or telematic tools, suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality and will be carried out by personnel duly trained in compliance with the Applicable Regulations. We also inform you that the Personal Data relating to you will be processed in compliance with the methods indicated by the Regulation, which provide, among other things, that the data itself is:

accurate and, if necessary, updated;
relevant, complete and not excessive with respect to the formalities of the processing;
stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested party for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are collected or subsequently processed;
processed according to univocal procedures established by a single supervisory authority (“Lead Authority”), identified with reference to the State in which the Data Controller has its main office.
Furthermore, the Data Controller’s business processes guarantee the confidentiality and security of the information and its conservation in compliance with the legislative requirements and the required security measures.
Data retention period (determination criteria) The Personal Data collected and used to contact the user will be retained until the request by the user is completed.
